The 96 well PZero Protein Crystallization Microplate 1231H26 features 5:1, 1 µL conical flat bottom Crystal Cup protein wells and one 100 µL reagent reservoir.
1231H68 is a 96 well PZero microplate with 3:1, 2 µL round bottom wells, not treated. Each well contains three 2 µL round bottom protein wells and one 100 µL reagent reservoir.
Crystal Cup well design facilitates centering and collecting protein crystals while the low volume 100 µL reagent reservoir saves on reagent costs
Microplates are designed for sitting drop vapor diffusion high throughput protein crystallization.
The proprietary PZero polymer provides for ultra low background polarization for nonbirefringent protein wells and improved transparency. It allows protein crystals to be easily viewed under polarized light with minimal background interference
Low water absorption of the polymer prevents loss of protein drop volume.
Reservoir numbers are embossed on individual wells for easy identification.
