Units use universal 50 mL collection tubes and standard glass laboratory bottles up to 2 L.
ProPur Vac units operate under low or high vacuums with the capture efficiency enhanced at lower vacuum. UltraFiltration concentrators de-salt and concentrate the purified monoclonal antibody.
