Four-inch strips are prepared from standard population suspension of Bacillus stearothermophilus and Bacillus subtilus var. naiger (globigii) obtained from the American Type Culture Collection.
Survival and kill standards comply with specifications M1L-S-36586 and satisfy USP requirements. Each set contains two test strips and one control strip.
