These 96-well PCR plates are thin-walled and designed for rapid thermal transfer. Each precision molded plate well has a capacity of 0.2 mL. Plates are certified RNase, DNase and DNA free. The inside of the tubes are smooth and have an inert surface on which enzymes and nucleic acids do not bind.
The 96-well plate features an alphanumeric grid to aid identification. A corner is cut away to facilitate orientation of the plate. Plates can be easily cut to any desired format. All sealing methods can be used for oil-free operation. The Amplate is easy to seal as no cylindrical walls extend above the plate.
