The Yeast RPM Kit allows isolation of plasmid DNA from both yeast and bacterial cells. It uses a GLASSMILK purification process in conjunction with SPIN modules to increase yield and achieve optimal DNA quality. The isolated DNA can be used for screening and bacterial transformations.
The Yeast RPM Kit can also be used to isolate plasmid DNA from bacterial cells. The dual nature of this kit makes it a useful choice for screening of two-hybrid transformants.
