Thermowell 96 well polycarbonate PCR microplates fit most commonly used thermal cyclers. Well volume is 200 µL.
For oil-free operation, plates must be used in conjunction with sealing tape or a sealing mat and used in conjunction with thermal cyclers with heated lids.
The Thermowell 96 well silicone rubber sealing mat is easy to apply and remove. Mat is fully autoclavable and can be reused at least five times. Silicone rubber mats are cost effective and provide a complete seal when used in conjunction with clamp or screw-down heated lid thermal cyclers.
