The BB 51 jaw crusher is specially designed for sample preparation in the laboratory. The space saving, dust tight instrument will fit on virtually any laboratory bench.
The BB51handles small amounts of samples with large feed sizes an crushes them gently without loss. The unit features a closed housing that cannot be accessed for safety. On/off switch and gap width setting (0-10 mm) with digital display are on the front panel. Zero point adjustment allows compensation for breaking jaw wear for reproducible results.
The BB 51 is powered by a single-phase 1100 Watt AC motor. Feed hopper dismantles for easy cleaning. Breaking jaws and wearing plates are available in five different materials and jaws and plates are easily exchanged.
