Automatic hydraulic laboratory presses are available in two- and four-post models in 25 and 30 ton capacities. Presses feature a built-in hydraulic system with microprocessor control for accurate programmable operation. All models have an integral safety enclosure with a clear front door for operator safety and observation.
Digital “D” model control system controls pressure, speed and dwell time. Features include ten recipe storage of pressure and time settings, digital pressing speed adjustment, adjustable end of cycle alarm, auto open of platens, units of measure setting in Kg, lbs or tons and optional manual cooling.
Programmable “P” models offer all the features of the digital version with additional features such as: twenty programmable segments per recipe, 10 recipe storage of temperature, pressure and time settings and optional automatic cooling and air purge.
Two-post Auto M model has a maximum clamping force of 25 tons and heated platens (9” x 9”). The press has a 6” ram stroke and a 0” to 12” daylight opening. Press measures 37” W x 20” D x 43” H and weighs 600 lb.
The AutoFour/30 is a four-post model with a maximum clamping force of 30 tons and heated platens (12” x 12”). The press has a 6” ram stroke and a 0” to 12” daylight opening. Press measures 42” W x 24” D x 46” H and weighs 1050 lb.
