Sterile Micro-Clean® Hood

Cobalt 60 irradiation gives tie-on sterile hood a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6. Made of comfortable clean processed Tyvek material, the hood provides excellent barrier properties and splash protection for use in sterile fill areas. One size fits all. Each hood is individually packed in an antistatic, puncture-resistant poly bag under Class 10 cleanroom conditions.

Micro-Clean® Essentials hoods for controlled environments are made of soft, nonwoven Tyvek® material for durability and cloth-like comfort. These hoods offer excellent barrier protection properties and splash protection and feature bound seams and tunneled elastic to eliminate raw edges. Essentials hood features a Sterility Assurance level of 10-6. Hood is non-processed and one size fits all. Each hood is individually multi-level packed under Class 100 cleanroom conditions.

If your environment requires wearing both a hood and a mask, you can now get them packaged together. Micro-Clean sterile combination pack includes both a hood and a face mask. Tyvek open-face hoods and glass-free tie masks provide 98% particle filtration efficiency at 0.5µ.
Lot-to-lot traceability helps ensure quality. Users can choose between the easy-to-adjust hood with ties only or the hood with ties and one adjustable snap.
Each hood and mask set is individually packed in an antistatic, puncture-resistant poly bag and two poly liners to provide three levels of protection.
