Doc-It® 1D software is a quick and easy-to-use software package for analysis of gels, plates and membranes. Acquire images with any Doc-It system and load Doc-It analysis software when further analysis is required. Software offers many image analysis functions and enhancement tools. Doc-It software interface configures preferences for multiple users and experiments. Users define their own profiles for repeatable experiments, tool bar layout, calibration standards and more.
Software allows users to enhance images with adjustments including brightness, contrast, gamma, emboss, invert and pseudo color. Users can annotate with text, lines, arrows, ellipses and highlighter tools and reduce image noise.
Analysis features include the ability to create histograms for detailed visual analysis as well as to generate easy to interpret quantitative data of lanes and bands. Users can also calibrate using multiple Molecular Weight standards and produce multiple background correction curve methods for more accurate analysis.
Doc-It 1D software also allows you to create detailed and user-configured reports showing analysis results and to personalize images and reports with identifying descriptions on lanes and bands.
