Eppendorf Mastercycler family offers fast temperature control, exact block homogeneity and augmented programming for optimal flexibility. The Mastercycler, with its 96-position universal block, is the economical option for standard PCR runs. The Mastercycler Gradient sets the standard for optimized reaction conditions. It features a single block that accepts both 96-well plates as well as 0.2 and .5 mL PCR tubes. The programmable gradient function can generate a temperature gradient from1C to 20C across the block during all stages of a PCR reaction. SteadySlope technology ensures constant heating and cooling rates and it allows the results of gradient experiments to be transferred seamlessly to routine applications. Triple Circuit Technology provides an additional heating and cooling zone for precise temperature control of all gradient profiles.

The Mastercycler Personal is a high quality, compact thermo cycler. Its universal block with a 25-well format can accommodate 25 x 0.2 mL tubes, 16 x 0.5 mL tubes or microplates in a 5 x 5 grid format. Using the personal card system, protocols can be exchanged among any of the Mastercyclers.
