Verify the flash point of petroleum, paints, coatings and hazardous waste in just one minute with a 2 mL sample. Conforms to ASTM D 3243, D 3278 and D 3828, Flash Point by Setaflash Tester. Unit has digital temperature circuitry and temperature display. Rapid Testers can run off of propane, natural gas or butane. Adapters are required for use with natural gas or propane.
Model 7120B10 features stainless steel cup, lid and shutter for corrosive material testing.
Model 7120B05 has an aluminum test cup, brass lid and shutter.
The metal cooling block (7120B25) is for above ambient testing. It is used to cool down the test cup between tests. The refrigerant-charged cooling block (7120B28) is used for sub-ambient testing. The heat transfer compound (7120B31) is for use when switching thermometers.
