The full-sized TC-412 is ideal for high throughput applications. The user-friendly interchangeable block system allows block changes in seconds, without the need for special tools (60 x 0.5 ml, 96 x 0.2 ml for fully-skirted plates, 384-well or flat plate for in-situ). The defined pressure, programmable heated lid accomodates a variety of consumables. Four-line display with intuitive, simple software has alphanumeric programming, password protection and simple copy/edit functions for added versatility. Max ramp rate is 2.6°C/sec with a 4 to 99°C temperature range. The TC-412 can be connected to a PC with other Techne thermal cyclers for low volume or high throughput applications using Gensoft.
