Genius offers a new, versatile design for data communication with a PC and a variety of peripherals. Two interface ports on the back of the balance enable you to connect a multitude of devices. The detachable display and control unit offers you remote flexibility in arranging your work area. Genius features a complete package of built-in application programs as standard equipment. These programs go far beyond the standard applications used in the analytical laboratory and allow even demanding and complex applications to be easily performed. In addition to the “standard” programs, such as counting, weighing in percent, checkweighing, animal weighing, formulation and totalizing, Genius supports the following additional applications: density determination; time-controlled functions; statistical evaluation; differential weighing/backweighing; air buoyancy correction for high precision; absolute weighing operations and air density determination.
The built-in isoCAL self calibration and fully automatic adjustment function featuring calibration record storage and ISO/GLP-compliant, user-configurable records/printouts makes Genius an ideal component for use in well-known quality management systems, such as GLP/GMP, ISO 9000-9004, QS 9000, VDA 6.1 and EN 45000 and output to your SOP. All Genius models completely fulfill all requirements.
The weighing features an anti-twist design, which enables the Genius to be integrated into automated systems with ease.
