WarmMark monitors the temperature of drug and medical products, vaccines, blood/plasma, diagnostics, gelatin capsule products, chemicals, chocolate candy and frozen/refrigerated food products. If the windows in the WarmMark indicators stay white, there is no problem. If the temperature climbs beyond a certain threshold, the red-dyed compound inside liquefies and a red color moves through the windows over a period of time. While the temperature remains above the response temperature, the color red continues to move through the windows. If the temperature returns to below the threshold, the color stops moving.In this way, you have an indication as to how long the product was exposed above the threshold temperature. Store all WarmMark indicators at room temperature or cold storage.
Short-Run Indicator monitors temperatures for either eight or 48 hours. Long-Run Indicator monitors temperatures for up to one week. Duo-Temperature Indicator monitors temperature above 10°C for two weeks and has a second, higher temperature set point for 34°C.
