Rapidly removes moisture and solvents

 • Several operating conditions may be selected to best suit the material being processed

 • Maximum airflow of 2.4m³/minute is controlled by a variable speed blower and solid-state circuitry

A highly efficient drying unit that can operate at up to 200°C, ±1°C, to rapidly remove moisture and solvents, to determine moisture content and simulate large scale process installations. Fluidizing action is achieved by delivering the high volume air flow upwards from the base unit into the the tub assembly, which suspends the material. A filter bag at the top of the tub keeps the sample in and allows the air to escape, taking the moisture and volatile compounds with it. Dryers measure 10” H x 18” W x 12 ¹/₂” D (25 x 46 x 32 mm) and weigh 54 lbs.
