Unique S-Blade and cylindrical bowl design allow thorough mixing of a wide range of materials. Design creates a vortex action which forces material downward in a circular motion toward the blades, preventing any from escaping the cutting action of the blades.

3406S20

The processors have been certified for use by USDA accredited testing laboratories for meat analysis and aflatoxin peanut research. Machines are highly reliable and ruggedly constructed. All batch processors have removable bowls, blades, lids and blade assemblies for easy cleaning.

Model 3406S01 incorporates a 2.5 liter, stainless steel bowl and an optimized S-Blade. A single speed ³/₄-h.p. motor operates at 3450 rpm. Unit is well-suited for high speed batch sample preparation for laboratory analysis. Dimensions: 8” W x 9 ¹/₂” D x 14 ¹/₂” H.

3406S35

Model 3406S35 offers a cross between a 3.5 liter blender and a batch processor. Unit provides intensive high speed mixing of small or large samples while maintaining homogeneity. Unit features a ³/₄-h.p. motor that operates at 3450 rpm; vertical blade design, clear “see-thru” funnel lid and patented bowl scraper. The 3.5 liter stainless steel bowl has a lock down, waterproof lid. The magnetic safety switch promotes user safety. Dimensions: 8 ¹/₂” W x 12 ¹/₂” D x 16 ¹/₂” H.

Model 3406S55 features a stainless steel, six liter, flat cylindrical bowl with a “see-thru” cover and optimized S-Blade. The rugged motor base contains 1-h.p. motor with a variable speed drive system. The speed of operation can be set from 100 to 3450 rpm. This unit offers high speed batch sample processing to slow speed for mixing unstable products. Dimensions: 7 3/4” W x 13” D x 21” H.
