1. Order a minimum of 1 case (25 pieces) of Enviro-Safe®, Easy-Read™, or Double-Safe™ Thermometers from Thomas Scientific. (The number of mercury thermometers you are returning cannot exceed the number non-mercury thermometers you are ordering.)

2. Contact Customer Service at 610.489.5500 to obtain a return authorization number and send a copy of your PO or invoice (RA Number) for the mercury thermometers you are returning.

3. Ship all non-broken mercury thermometers to be exchanged and pre-pay shipping. Please enclose the RA number. DO NOT ship broken mercury thermometers.
