Thomas Scientific, a family owned, long-standing New Jersey based lab equipment, supply, and chemical distributor is presently seeking an experienced field based territory account manager to aggressively grow our Virginia territory.

We offer an uncapped compensation plan comprised of base salary, monthly commission and annual bonus. We also provide a car allowance and expense along with outstanding benefits including 401(k) and profit sharing.

Requirements for this position:

- BA/BS Degree

- 3 years prior sales experience with a solid understanding of sales process, strong selling and negotiating skills

- High energy, self motivated and strong work ethic required

- Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks

- Industry experience or experience with distribution required

- Strong analytical skills

- 5 days a week in the field calling on customers

- Skilled in developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate at multiples levels within an organization

- Skilled in developing strong relationships with customers and suppliers
