After TI-85 (2249A01) sets up the CBL, the CBL can be disconnected to stand alone as a data-collection device. Once data is collected, CBL can be reconnected to the calculator to retrieve and analyze data. Comes with 3 probes: temperature, light and voltage. Impact-resistant carrying and storage case provided. Comprehensive guidebook and a workbook of classroom experiments for physics, math and chemistry included. Unit is lightweight, hand held and battery operated (4 “AA” batteries included).
