The 500 and 750 watt processors are extremely versatile with applications including acceleration of chemical and catalytic reactions, sample preparation for partical size analysis, cell lysing, disaggregation extraction, homogenization and particle size reduction. They can process large and small volumes from 1 mL with a microtip, to 1 liter with a 1” (25 mm) probe. The standard probe is ¹/₂” (13 mm) with a threaded end and replaceable tip to allow processing from 10 mL to 250 mL.Units are supplied with tool kit and instruction manual.

These programmable units operate at 20 kHz and offer many features, including energy (joules) monitor, digital watt meter, full function pulsar, overload protection circuit, remote actuation connector and foot switch jack. Models 9655A79 and A87 also incorporate a temperature controller (temperature probe is optional) and can store up to 10 procedures for future reference. Units are CE compliant and have a 3-year unconditional warranty.

NOTE: standard probe should not be used with low surface tension liquids (e.g. solvents). Use a solid ¹/₂" (13 mm) probe instead.
