Roller bottle hybridization methodology is safer and more convenient than conventional Heat Sealer or Plastic Container methods because messy manipulations are eliminated. Many researchers have been able to reduce probe volumes in half compared to those used in conventional methods. Rotary action thoroughly mixes hybridization and washing solutions. Bottles may be placed at an angle for better mixing action. Dual controls for heat and rotary control with a fixed speed of 7.5 RPM for rotisserie. Multiply membrane capacity / bottle by using nylon meshes.
