IR sensor allows user to switch the turntable on and off at any time with simple movements of the hand. High performance device features timer and variable speed control (9 to 1100 rpm) to ensure uniform and individual inoculation of the Petri dishes. In addition to 3 to 25 sec. variable rotational operation mode, a continuous rotational operation setting is for use when a longer operating period is required. Stainless steel unit is UV resistant and flame-sterilizable.
