• Individually packaged wet in 0.1% sodium azide preservative

Applications include desalting and buffer exchange; sample concentration when using solvent absorbent powder Spectra/Gel™ absorbent; and the purification of proteins, DNA, oligonucleotides, peptides, polymers, antibodies and other biomolecules. Eliminate danger of puncturing the membrane using needles or syringes.

Its polyacrylate-polyalcohol formula has the property of expanding as it absorbs water. Insoluble nature of substance makes absorbent easy to remove from dialysis membrane after use.
