Designed for light-sensitive specimens, this all black storage box is suitable for use with 0.5, 1.5, and 2.0 mL micro-tubes, as well as most other brands of cryogenic vials.
These polypropylene boxes stand a few millimeters taller than other available types of storage boxes and can accommodate several sizes of cryogenic vials, or tubes of similar diameters, up to 5.35 cm in height.
The lid has an alpha-numeric grid reference to aid with sample identification. Other matte surfaces are suitable for marking or labeling. The box base and lid have impressed rims for stacking.
