Thermoplastic polyester is laminated to 1 mil aluminum foil and resists organic solvents and caustic agents. Easy to remove following autoclaving, easily folded over objects containing openings. May be flattened without kinking. Polyester complies with the FDA regulations governing direct food contact applications.
