These sterile cleanroom gloves are designed specifically for use in biotechnology or pharmaceutical environments. Lot numbers are embossed on the edge of the gloves’ polybags for full traceability and the gloves are irradiated to a 106 sterility assurance level. Gloves are clean processed and clean packed in a Class 10 environment to keep extractables and particle counts low.
Gloves are made from a strong, puncture resistant nitrile formulation and contain no natural rubber latex or silicone. Tensile strength meets or exceeds ASTM D6319 requirements and meets ASTM D3577 freedom from holes requirements.
The full 12” length provides extended hand and wrist coverage. Hand-specific gloves have a bisque texture for a sure grip and a beaded cuff that resists roll-down and allows easy donning.
CR100 gloves are cuffed and individually pair packed in a polyfilm inner wallet and heat sealed into an outer polybag for maximum sterility assurance. Gloves come 100 pairs per case.
