The high-performance 2x formulation is comprised of Azura HS Taq polymerase, hot-start antibodies, a proprietary PCR enhancer, and reaction buffer with optimal levels of dNTPs and MgCl2. The highly advanced Azura 2x HS Taq Red Mix chemistry allows fast cycling conditions to be used with greater efficiency and reproducibility. In addition, the ready-to-use mix contains an inert red dye and high-density additive which allows samples to be loaded directly in agarose gels without additional gel loading or tracking dyes. The red dye migrates at the rate of 600 bp and 350 bp DNA in a 1% and 2% TAE agarose gels respectively.
