This bolt-on probe ensures temperature accuracy of up to ± 3.6 degree F (± 2.0 degree C), or ± 0.4% of reading above 32 degree F (0 degree C); ± 0.8% of reading below 32 degree F (0 degree C) in liquids, gases and semisolids.
