Application: Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000, IHC-P: 1:100-1:1000, WB: 1:500-1:3000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
Biochem/physiol Actions: Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase is composed of an 85 kDa regulatory subunit and a 110 kDa catalytic subunit. The protein encoded by this gene represents the catalytic subunit, which uses ATP to phosphorylate PtdIns, PtdIns4P and PtdIns(4,5)P2. This gene has been found to be oncogenic and has been implicated in cervical cancers. [provided by RefSeq]
Immunogen: Recombinant protein fragment contain a sequence corresponding to a region within amino acids 3 and 170 (P42336) of PI3 kinase p110 alpha
