The extractables level for the Researcher Green Line is approximately 80x less than a glycerin conditioned membrane. After a quick buffer conditioning the HF cartridge is ready to use.
The Researcher Green hollow fiber cartridges are positioned between the laboratory scale Explorer Green and the full pilot scale Investigator Green cartridges. The membrane surface area is between 444 cm2 for the Researcher12 Green and up to 1,715 cm2 for Researcher41 Green and are the perfect choice for scale up/scale down studies and preparative biopharmaceutical work with sample volumes between 400 ml up to 8000 ml.
The Researcher Green cartridges are available with molecular weight cut-off from 3K to 750 K and 0.1 µm, 0.2 µm and 0.45 µm and with the same path length as all other WaterSep HF cartridges which makes scale up/scale down exact and predictable.
