The ChemWipes are surface wipes for the detection and quantification of toxic chemicals on surfaces. The ChemWipes are available for:
- Aromatic diisocyanates e.g. toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (2,4-TDI), toluene 2,6-diisocyanate (2,6-TDI) and 4,4'-methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI)
- Mercury and mercury II compounds
The ChemWipe is easy to use:
- Wipe surface
- Check for color change
- Determine amount of contamination using color comparator
The ChemWipes are selective and sensitive. The unique design of the ChemWipe provides uniform color change formation enabling user to quantify chemical contamination using the color comparator.
The ChemWipe is 0.33 inch thick, 1.25 inch diameter. It has shelf life of 12 months at room temperature.
