Model 6906F03 features a high binding surface that binds medium (>10kD) and large biomolecules that possess ionic groups and/or hydrophobic regions. Designed to reduce well-to-well crosstalk during fluorescent assays, its binding capacity is approximately 400 to 500ng IgG/cm2. Suitable for immunoassays.

Model 6906F04 is for bottom-read fluorescent polarization assays using the Zeiss Plate::vision™ reader. Its NBS™ treatment significantly reduces non-specific peptide binding for increased assay sensitivity. Microplate is designed with an ultra clear polymer for reduced background polarization.

Model 6906F06 is for whole cell or subcellular high content screening and can be used with high throughput confocal imagers, and has been optimized with the Amersham InCell 3000 Analyzer. Its ultra flat thick well bottom is designed for high throughput imaging by minimizing microscope refocusing from well to well. TC-treated for optimal cell attachment it offers better cell growth and attachment than glass bottom plates.
