- Cultural Response : Growth promoting activity of solution is assessed after addition of this product in complete medium using shoot tips, nodes or callus for 5 weeks at 25 deg C ±2 deg C with 16 hrs photoperiod and 8 hrs darkness. Actively growing shoots and callus is observed
