Choose the ali-Q™ 2 LS when a more gentle aliquoting speed is required. The ali-Q™ 2 LS aliquoting multi-dispense speed is about 50% of ali-Q™ 2. Therefore, the ali-Q™ LS is more suitable for cell culture handling of sensitive and loosely adherent cells or multi-dispensing into smaller capacity vessels. The ali-Q™ 2 VS speed control has settings for aliquoting speeds from 1 to 7. 7 is the highest speed (= ali-Q™ 2 speed). 4 = ali-Q™ 2 LS speed. 1 = very slow speed.
