Both the 96- and 384-well UV microplates have a UV-transparent well bottom and are well suited for determining protein and/or nucleic acid concentrations. Microplates are certified for low background and consistent performance at 260 and 280 nm as well as certified DNase- and RNase-free. Their UV-transparent bottom is molded directly to an acrylic base for greater strength and maximum leak resistance. The half-area microplate has well volume of 205 µL with working volumes of 25 to 100 µL. 384-well has a total well volume of 125 µL with recommended working volumes of 20 to 80 µL.
