These are the recommended replacement multipliers and horns for the MSD. Other manufacturers’ products may be incompatible with Agilent instruments and can result in reduced sensitivity, lifetime, and noise problems.
The electron multiplier replacement horn (2713M88) is for use with 5975, 5973, 5972, 5971, GCD. Use with electron multipliers with “straight” horns.
Electron multiplier kit (2713M87) is for upgrading electron multipliers with "curved" horns to use replacement horn 2713M88. Curved horns are no longer available.
