•Use the 0.1 cm gap width for bacteria (white cap)
•Use the 0.2 cm gap size width for yeast (blue cap)
•Use the 0.4 cm gap size width for mammalian cells (red cap)
•All cuvettes are individually bagged and g-irradiated for sterility.
•The material used to manufacture the cuvettes is crystal styrene.
Application: Sigma-Aldrich® electroporation cuvettes have been used for the transformation of competent Escherichia coli cells via electroporation.
