It consists of a surface-patterned two enclosed chambers with two ports for sample injection. Count cells with the in the same way as you do with the Neubauer "improved" counting chamber. With this product you have a smaller risk of infection. There is no longer need for the cover slips and the following cleaning.The disposable counting chamber looks like the familiar Neubauer "improved" counting chamber: It consists of 9 large squares, each measuring 1 x 1 mm. Each square has a total volume of 0. 1 mm3. The cells are distributed over 3 x 3 large squares, each with 1 mm edge length and with a surface area of 1 mm2.With the Millicell® disposable hemocytometer, you inject the sample, stained or unstained, into the desired chamber.
