The EZ-Yeast Transformation Kit is designed for high throughput transformation with an efficiency of up to 1,000 colonies per µg plasmid DNA.
Suitable for a quick analysis of potentially positive two-hybrid colonies, EZ-Yeast Transformation Kit does not require fully competent cells prior to transformation. Simply remove a 3-4 mm colony or 0.5 mL overnight culture to a new tube, add vector and carrier DNA, incubate for 30 minutes and plate on selective media.
