How do scientists identify unknown chemicals? What makes one solution different from another? This activity will help students answer these questions, and understand the impact different chemicals can have when added to various solutions. Students will test four unknown solutions and determine their identity by comparing their chemical properties to a variety of known samples. Kit contains an Instruction Manual and enough materials for 2 groups of students.
