EZ Flip™ Conical Centrifuge Tubes feature a patented closure system that allows one-handed opening and closing without compromising aseptic conditions. Manufactured to exacting tolerance, tubes are both airtight and leakproof.
Tubes maintain sample integrity from freezer to refrigerator to centrifuge. Clarified polypropylene resin construction provides chemical-resistance, low protein binding and visibility of contents. Improved tube and cap design increases mechanical strength to withstand aggressive centrifugal forces. The 15 mL tube has a mximum RCF of 8500 x g while the 50 mL tube’s maximum RCF is 9500 x g.
Tubes are graduated and feature a convenient writing surface. All tubes are sterile and come in racks or bags of 50 (15 mL) or 25 (50 mL) in cases of 500.
