Thermometers in this series have a sturdy, compact nylon housing and are simple to operate. Unit has a wide temperature range of -120 to 550°C (-100 to 1,000°F) and features a shock-resistant rubber boot, which protects the instrument if accidentally dropped. Accepts any Type K thermocouple probe. 9V battery has a life of 2000 hours.
