This kit accommodates varying inlet water contaminants. When used, the kit reduces the frequency of cleaning LabStrong Fi-Streem Water Stills and other distillation systems. The kit also provides extended cartridge service life for point of use deionization (DI) water systems, which significantly reduces operation costs.
The LabStrong AY0017-1 Wall Mount Kit includes a powder coating painted aluminum wall mount bracket. The aluminum wall mount bracket features a large vision slot for examining resin color change. Four screw mount holes on the bracket allow for secure mounting to a wall.
The LabStrong AY0017-1 Wall Mount Kit also includes a regulator/gauge assembly. This assembly protects against excessive water pressure and provides for more consistent flow rates. The pressure regulator is factory preset to 15 psi. The pressure regulator can withstand an inlet pressure of 100 psig. The post regulator pressure gauge is liquid filled allowing for increased life and accurate readings with pulsating pressure (i.e. diaphragm pumps). Four screw mount holes on the pressure regulator assembly allow for secure mounting to a wall.
A flow regulation valve, various plumbing fittings and tubing (15' piece of clear tubing and 10' piece of blue tubing) are also included with the kit. These items support easy integration for new installations as well as upgrades to existing systems. The kit is to be used with LabStrong straight nipple cartridges.
