Bransonic ultrasonic baths have been designed for performance, control, durability and reliability to process all of your needs.

Ultrasonic baths are commonly used in laboratory, scientific, medical, electronic, and dental as well as industrial applications where precision cleaning is critical. Branson baths can also be used for cell separation, sample preparation and degassing of liquids.

Branson’s advanced digital models have features needed to enhance the control for those precision applications when required, from constant power to hi/low power settings.

All models feature:

• Control panel: easily accessible panel located above and behind the tank for safety and reliability, to prevent spills on the control panel, back lit on the digital models
• Built-in drains on the 1.5 gallon units and larger, .5 and .75 gallon have a convenient built-in pour drain
• Sweep frequency
• 40KHz. industrial transducers

Choices:

Branson has designed four configurations of each five sizes to provide a variety of choices for your particular needs.

M: 60 Minute mechanical timer with continuous operation.
MH: 60 Minute mechanical timer with continuous operation and heater.
CPX: 90 Minute digital timer with continuous operation.

• Constant Power: Stable intelligent power; tracking circuitry; same ultrasonic power delivered to the tank adjusting for a light or heavy load.
• Sleep mode: A green feature, when cycle is complete and no key is toughed for 15 minutes unit goes into sleep model, touching any key unit comes back on.
• Degas: Capacity of degassing for 90 minutes. For faster start-up, in auto mode sequence,set degas, and timer will start sonics after countdown.

CPXH: 90 Minute digital timer with continuous operation, heater, hi/low power.

• High/low power: High power: 100% of power to the tank; Low power: 70% of power to the tank; setting for delicate applications.
• Temperature: Unit can be heated up to 69 deg. F. Can be set in Fare height or Celsius.
• Auto ultrasonic activation takes the process control out of the operator's hand once programmed for same results everytime. When temperature reaches set point that is set, ultrasonics turn on, Timer starts count down for time set. When done, turns off the heater and ultrasonics.
• Built-in shut-off : high temp safety alarm indicator for protection.
• Calibration: Temperature auto calibration through front panel.
