Impellers are lightweight, self-centered, easy-to-clean and mix without drawing air into the solution. Motors use up to 35% less air per horsepower than competitive models. Units have common components making maintenance simple and economical.

Tabletop gear driven mixer is designed for high viscosity material up to approximately eight gallons. The powerhead slides up and down on a 34” vertical shaft, locking anywhere with a slight twist of the clamp handle.
Speed is easily regulated with the needle valve control. The Jacobs 1/2” gear chuck and key make changes of impeller and shaft quick and easy. The paddle shaft assemblies are made of type 304 stainless steel and are permanently assembled to shaft. They are designed to fit the bottom of two liter and five liter flasks and are balanced to permit higher speeds without vibration.
When stirring heated liquids which change viscosity during processing, the slotted stainless steel shaft, 22” x 5/16” (8 mm), allows room for thermometer and other equipment under the stirrer. The included mixed flow impeller with an 18” shaft can mix low to medium viscosity liquids or powders in open containers.
Kit weighs 38 lbs., 14 oz. Kit includes a large cadmium plated stand with vertical rod; machined all-angle clamp holder; oil proof hose (4’) with 1/8 NPT brass fittings; powerhead with horizontal rod, valve, muffler and Jacobs chuck and the following impellers and shafts:
