Impellers are lightweight, self-centered, easy-to-clean and mix without drawing air into the solution. Motors use up to 35% less air per horsepower than competitive models. Units have common components making maintenance simple and economical.

Mid-size tabletop stirrer is adaptable to a wider variety of applications than the LS-1000X stirrer, from a small beaker filled with low viscosity liquid to five gallons of medium-high viscosity liquid. The powerhead slides up and down on a vertical shaft, locking anywhere with a slight twist of the oversized clamp handle. Slow starts building to high speeds can be attained by a gradual turn of the needle valve. The Jacobs 1/2” gear chuck and key make changes of impeller and shaft quick and easy.
Kit weighs 39 lbs. Kit includes a cadmium plated stand with vertical rod; machined all-angle clamp holder; oil proof hose (5”) with 1/4 NPT brass fittings; powerhead and horizontal rod, valve, muffler and Jacobs chuck and the following impellers and shafts:
- 1 7/8” x 5/16” regular pitch impeller
- 12” x 5/16” stainless steel shaft
- 3” x 3/8” regular pitch impeller
- 15” x 3/8” stainless steel shaft
- 4” x 1/2” regular pitch impeller
- 18” x 1/2” stainless steel shaft
