Each 6870 Freezer/Mill® is supplied with your choice of 6870L Large Vial Accessory Package or 6870S Small Vial Accessory Package. The 6870 Freezer/Mill® can hold up to four small vials* (6751, 6761, 6771) or one mid-size vial (6881, 6883, 6885) The Accessory Package for mid-size vials must be purchased separately. Mid-size vials require the 6870M Mid-Size Vial Accessory Package, consisting of one 6884 Mid-Size Vial Adapter for 6804 Extractor/Vial Opener, and one 6886 Mid-Size Vial Adapter for 6800-Series Freezer/Mills®. Small vials require the 6870S Small Vial Accessory Package, consisting of one 6754 Extractor/Vial Opener, one 6755 Small Vial Rack, and one 6806 Multi-Vial Adapter.
*Note: the 6753 Microvial Set can only be run one at a time in the 6870 Freezer/Mill®.
