3379K60 Knife Set is of tool steel, hardened and tempered; Rockwell Hardness of edge is C59-61. 3379K65 Knife Set is of Type 440-C stainless steel; Rockwell Hardness of edge is C-60.
Stationary Knives
Sold in sets of four. 3379K70 Knife Set is tool steel. 3379K75 Knife Set is of stainless steel.
Screens
Stainless steel Type 304, with round perforations. Nominal screen sizes specified in listings are approximate. Size 1/2, 1 and 2 mm require 3379L50 shim plates (not included).
Shim Plates
As required for size 1/2, 1 and 2 mm screens. Plate for 1/2 mm screen is 1.3 mm thick, plate for 1 mm screen is 0.93 mm thick and plate for 2 mm screen is 0.64 mm thick.
Belt
V-shaped, endless, notched, 32 x 5/8 inch wide at top (813 x 16 mm). For ED-5 Mills (not for digital units).
