Very flexible output/flow with the same pump
- Corrosion-proof with glass fiber reinforced polypropylene housings
- Adjustable stroke length and frequency
- Very low minimum outputs possible with 200:1 turndown ratios
- Maximum flow rates of up to 34 LPH at 60 psi
Electromagnetic diaphragm metering pumps operate with high accuracy and reliability due to the simplicity of their operation. The only moving part is the pump diaphragm. Pumps can be adjusted for both stroke length (10% to 100% of maximum) and for stroke rate (from 100 to 3 per minute) for very low outputs. Pumps are protected by a pressure-limited system that shuts off the pump if the back pressure exceeds the magnetic force. Units operate on any line frequency from 25 to 66 Hz without a change in output or damage to the pump. Fully modular design allows for easy repair.
Pumps can handle liquids with viscosities up to 400 cp and have a suction height of 5 ft. All include with a foot valve assembly, 6 ft. of intake tubing, 16 ft. of discharge tubing and an injection check valve. Power requirements: 120 VAC. PVC heads are not chemical resistant.
Models 7892X11 through X47 can be externally controlled through a 4-20 milliamp signal, see pH controllers (4167M91 series) or flow controllers (5075C01 series).
